OUR DINNER IS AMAZING. We spend the entire time talking. Every chance he can get during dinner, Eli reaches across and takes my hand in his, rubbing his thumb across mine.

After finishing dinner and sharing a dessert, we head back to Eli’s truck

As we make our way to the truck, Eli pulls me into him and kisses me. I sink into him.

“Sorry, but it’s hard to control myself around you, baby,” he chuckles.

“I’m okay if you don't,” I reply, biting my bottom lip with a stupid grin.

He laughs out loud, letting me go so we can make our way back to his truck.

On our trip back to my apartment, Eli’s mind seems to travel. I can see the concern on his face, like he is conflicted about something. I wonder if it is about us?

We make it back to my apartment and like two horny teens we spend the next twenty minutes making out in Eli’s truck.

Eli breaks our kiss.

“Damn, baby. I will never get enough of those lips,” he says, rubbing his nose against mine.

“You're such a sweet talker, Mr. King,” I say as he caresses my neck.

“You have no idea, baby.”

He pulls me to his lips once more.

I head inside, Eli waits for me to be safe inside before driving off. I can’t wait until the first time we share a bed for the whole night, but tonight won’t be that night.

I get undressed and climb into my bed.

Could life be any better?

I had wanted Eli to stay, but I know we need to ease into things. We only just became a couple.

The next day better go fast so we can talk to Jensen.

Will Eli be okay without me there? Maybe I should go with him, just in case? I know Jensen won't approve of me dating Eli, but I am hoping he can see this is what I want, even if I have to
